Would love to give 0 stars! Ordered in July, was delayed. Told me items were shipped over a month and a half ago. Still no items. No contact information other than email, which they dont respond to. They are a rip off!! From a great company to a trash company!! DO NOT ORDER!!!

I ordered 4 long sleeves and 2 shirt sleeves. All different styles. I only got 1 long sleeve and the short sleeves I got were the same, not a variety pack. Ive emailed 4 times without a response. So they have my money for 3 long sleeve shirts at least. I was so looking forward to Thai order and they totally disappointed me and clearly do not care about their customers. Do not buy.

I ordered 2 shirts July 13th 2022 (order# 131156). I was patient and they finally shipped the package August 4th, it was delivered August 11th. I opened the package which only included 1 shirt inside AND that shirt was not even correct and did not match the image of one of the shirts I ordered. I emailed the company immediately expressing my disappointment having waited so long for the items to only receive 1 and it's not even the correct shirt of the one I ordered. I have gotten no response from the company at all and they still have my money. I offered to send the 1 item I received back as well but at this point, I just want a refund and I'll donate this other shirt that isn't even what I ordered.

I ordered 2 shirts in March I received a partial order and never got the rest of it. No replies to emails either. Im so frustrated. There is no number to call either. I wrote a letter to address and it got sent back saying they no longer were at that address. Im so frustrated!!!

Ordered 8 shirts from them November 8th all shirts were in stock and they didnt contact me to let me know their was anything wrong with the order. Contacted them never heard back then got vague emails but never anything saying I was getting my order. The order was at the processing warehouse but no shipping. Only got response after putting comments on public media. Then got notification they were refunding me no refund was issue! For part of the order! Still no refund finally contacted bank they started a dispute! Then got a notification they shipped partial order! Two of the shirts are the same shirts, one I have gotten in the past all they would have had to do was look at what gotten in the past ! Still havent heard from customer service stay away from them! The quality is not a wok As good

SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER OR SUPPORT THIS BRAND!! They are scamming customers and stealing images from creators! They delete/block both customers and creators to avoid giving refunds and paying for images!

Wrong barcode on mystery pack T-shirts

I ordered a mystery pack t-shirts for 47$ including tax for shipping received an email 3-4 weeks after order was sent that said order got bar coded wrong & sent to the wrong address ..I never got them. I would like a refund please & some compensation for the inconvenience of the situation . Thank you .

They packaged my box with the wrong label. So I am waiting for a reship with no information or tracking number to even see where it is in transit. Very disappointed. If you try to call, its busy all the time so you cant even talk to a person and get your issue resolved.

This company is a scam. If you look at the resale sites, they are full of Serengetee merchandise. Thats because Serengetee ignores any return requests. Their site claims easy returns, their customer service are called ninjas, none of that is true. I requested a return, the shipping label never came, and when I request a simple shipping label, the ninjas say things like someone will be in contact with you shortly (a lie) and i will contact a manager. (No evidence of that one either.) This is clearly a strategy as many others have gotten the same vague emails. No phone number listed on their site- this should tell you that they are, in fact, a scam.

I have been trying to reach this company for several weeks. I ordered a shirt back in September and they have sent three different shirts that are not the right ones that I ordered. I have emailed them and no one will respond back to me. I would at least like the right item or my money back.
